This is Thanksgiving week, right? You’ll soon need to send out your Christmas cards.
And most likely, you’ve not yet even thought about what you’re going to send out this year. You want something that’s bright, cheerful… and, of course, immaculately designed.
So why not buy from a fellow news design professional?
Meet Stephanie Hinderer. Page designer for the Metro tabs of New York, Long Island, Boston and Philly. And creator and dealer of wonderfully-designed Christmas greeting cards, via her side business, the Red Letter Paper Company.
Many of Stephanie’s cards have religious themes — a very good choice for those of you who think that element is missing from many of the Christmas cards commonly available commercially.
However, if your tastes are more of a secular bent — or if your own heritage isn’t necessarily that of a Christian background — then no problem. Stephanie has plenty of eye-catching choices for you, as well.
Her “No Vacancy” line of 2010 Christmas cards can be bought individually or in sets of five, eight, 25 or 100. Each comes with an envelope, of course. Each is 4.25 x 5.5 inches, which is pretty much a standard in the U.S.
She’s offering 23 separate designs this season. Just a few of my favorites:
Wonderful stuff. I hope you’ll visit the Red Letter Paper Company and consider buying from Stephanie. Just do it soon — Christmas is only 34 days away.
She also sells a number of other cards and items. Please poke around her site and offer her some feedback, if you will.
