The latest infographics screwup for Fox News’ onscreen graphics:
Ron Paul surges into second place? With a higher total than any of the other candidates?
Not likely. Most likely, someone typed the wrong number for him. Just a few days ago, Paul was down at 16.7 percent Behind Newt Gingrich (29.3 percent) and Mitt Romney (17.2 percent).
On that day, however, Fox made another, even funnier, error in its chart.
Yeah. I don’t think that’s Mitt Romney. Looks like some guy from Kenya.
On Tuesday, Media Matters unveiled two mapping errors on the part of Fox News’ graphics. One in which they labled Utah as “Nevada”…
…and on on which Vermont is identified as “New Hampshire.”
This came a day after we had some fun dissecting a questionable fever chart that portrayed unemployment under President Barack Obama‘s watch as being a lot worse that it actually was.
Yeah, it’s not been a good week for these jokers.
Thanks to Erica Smith of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for the tip.
