Here’s another page I missed yesterday. I definitely would have blogged it had I seen it.
That was designed by Metro‘s national art director Stephanie Hinderer.
She writes today via Facebook:
The sports editors collaborated on the headline. I was told [Tom] Brady and [Bill] Belichick were being painted as the evil duo. I just took it from there…
That was totally unfair and uncalled for, Stephanie. A real cheap shot.
I love it.
A 2004 graduate of Shorter College in Rome, Ga., Stephanie served a year as managing editor of the school’s student paper and then two years as editor in chief. She spent two years as a copy editor for the Daily Times in Salisbury, Md., before moving to Metro in 2007 as a night editor and page designer. At Metro‘s New York headquarters, Stephanie oversaw the newsroom in the evenings, designs pages for entertainment, local and, at times, covers for the editions distributed in New York, Boston and Philly. She was promoted to national art director last month.
